The purpose of this log was, initially, to track my own development as an educational technologist, starting from when I first enrolled in Boise State University’s Masters EdTech program.

It has evolved into a reflection on teaching and learning in our modern age. Technology has always been a part of our lives, and certainly has always inflected the way humans have passed knowledge on, and explored new knowledge. I’ve used this blog to investigate the various ways in which technology and learning intersect, and though I didn’t plan to do this, I know that I have favored the educationalist’s perspective on technology over the technologist’s perspective on education.

I hope you enjoy the reading and viewing, and that it helps to feed your own reflections. Comments and questions are always welcome.
